At Loudon County Fence, we take pride in securing some of East Tennessee’s most important properties. One of our recent projects was providing perimeter security for LCUB’s brand-new facility on Derek’s Way in Lenoir City — and we’re excited to share a drone view of the finished work.
A Secure Perimeter for a Growing Community
LCUB’s new location is part of a larger effort to meet the growing demands of Lenoir City, Knoxville, and surrounding areas. With more businesses and homes relying on LCUB for essential services like power, water, and fiber, protecting this new facility was a top priority.
Our team installed a full perimeter fence in black-coated chain link with a barbed wire top. This design ensures durability, low maintenance, and maximum security while maintaining a clean, professional look.
A Gate Built for Efficiency and Security
One standout feature of this project is the large automatic rolling gate we installed at the property’s entrance. Gates of this size require precision adjustments to glide smoothly and lock securely with the post — a task made especially challenging by East Tennessee’s naturally uneven terrain. Our crew worked carefully to fine-tune the system, ensuring reliable operation for years to come.
